Pros
Generally a good work environment with lots of flexibility options for schedules once you are established, everyone in every department is generally nice and cooperative while working, decent advancement opportunities. Strong HR, compliance, management controls and generally an bent to reward hard work/good work when possible, make it a very satisfying place to work if you have had previous negative work experiences.
Cons
Heavy emphasis on some very cringe culture and jargony business principles, generally if you are established you can mostly ignore it, but it can be grating. Slightly less than competitive pay for some positions. Occasional issues with understaffing/not hiring very skilled candidates into technical/high volume work positions due to heavy emphasis on corporate culture/behavior fits, which results in work piling up on one person.
