Pros

Patients, friendly nurse’s and technicians.

Cons

Management’s poor work ethic is evident in the way they treat employees. I’ve personally witnessed administrators writing up hardworking technicians and nurses while failing to do the same for others due to favoritism. This lack of concern for tenured employees, let alone new hires, is no surprise given the abnormally high turnover rate at this location. Consequently, I had to quit after three years because this behavior is simply unacceptable.

Pros

Depending on location and your clinic, leadership team is incredibly supportive, which keeps the day-to-day work environment relatively stress-free. Having the independence to manage your own scheduling also allows for an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

The initial onboarding and training programs are highly disorganized and lack substance. Additionally, standard pay raises are quite low and do not feel competitive relative to the workload and current market value.
