I love working with the patients. My clinic also has some really great team-mates.
Cons
Cheap company, you might as well be working for Walmart. They try to smoke-screen this by feeding everyone BS and calling it a "village." At least Fresenius is straight forward with their cheapness. Davita doesn't even 401k match like FMC does and then they give this line about "well not all employees can afford to participate in 401k but everyone can get bonuses." They fail to mention that the bonuses are based on outcomes such as growth or labs that are beyond your control. Plus there is no loyalty to people that have worked there a long time. I've watched people that have been great employees for over 20 years get totally screwed over. But they bask in the lap of luxury in Denver headquarters with their zen room and waterfalls down the walls, so everything is peachy for corporate. Davita is a joke!
