      Pros

      Team work is a must at Davita, it is usually a very positive and upbeat place to work. As with any facilty id does get hectic.

      Cons

      Call in's can sometimes be an issue, very few people in the PRN pool to contact if needed. Hard to get someone to come in if not on schedual

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
