Pros
I started at DaVita 12 years ago with the mindset that is was just a job to get by at and it has turned into a career. DaVita helped me develop a plan for growth and they really stood behind me in my long journey. I love everything that DaVita stands for especially because they are not just all talk but they really stand for what they believe in.
Cons
Being in upper management is extremely hard and never ending work. I do believe that DaVita puts out too many initiatives too close together and it's hard to get everything completed. Work-life balance is very difficult and hard to manage.
