      Fun is a core value.

      Cons

      They do not listen to Non-Management employees about Directors that are treating people wrong. Even when there is a large # of complaints. They do not promote within like they say they will. Usually if you apply for a position you are qualified for, you do not get an interview. Then, the person hired has less experience and qualifications than you do.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
