Pros
I enjoyed Davita's family oriented culture. They consider themselves a village instead of an organization. They are very good about promoting morale and they offer great benefits and perks.
Cons
I think that my experience with my supervisor and some employees was an isolated event and is in no way a representation of Davita as a whole. I experienced a lack of communication with my supervisor. He somehow thought that I was a mind reader and expected me to be able to know what his expectations are without having to express them to me. There was also some interoffice drama that was fueled by a lack of structure within the department.
