Pros

1. Average pay. 2. Fortune 500 branding. 3. Somewhat interesting work.

Cons

1. Horrible horrible culture. It feels forced and people are actually not that nice. Company is called the Village, employees are called teammates and the CEO is called the Mayor. They also have this cult phrase "One for all and all for one". 2. Stakeholders and leadership are weak. Data is used to support the opinions of leadership. Analyses can be done that shows a project is not favorable for patient outcomes and leadership will ask you to find data that proves in any way that the programs are beneficial. 3. Pay for a fortune 500 could be better. 4. Besides the denver office, CBO locations are in the middle of nowhere. 5. Outdated technology. 6. DaVita has an obsession of hiring ex consultants who have no knowledge of healthcare at all. Its cringeworthy having to deal with such ego-driven people.

Pros

Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

Cons

12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
