Pros

Bus pass, pay check, sadly that is about all. People that work really hard to try to make the place better but sadly aren't allowed to.

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of planning, structure, time, progress, process, best or really any standard practices. IT Management has no idea what is going on, and the solution is just to throw more bodies at it, until it isn't because they won't hire up to that level. So everyone works 50 - 60 hours a week on salary and just deals with it.

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
