      modern equipment, protocols in place, computer charting

      Poor compensation, little respect among workers, promised bonuses withheld, no 401 K matching program, too few licensed nurses hired taking all the liability risks, while technicians are the preferred staff--hired for reduced salaries.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
