Pros

Core Values. Company is good for new nurses and techs just starting out in career due to low salary and lack of decent benefits.

Cons

If you get a yearly raise it is low if any. Bonus potential in a letter is just to lure you in. You will not get the bonus potential or even close. They only give 25% of potential. It is so bad. PTO is included in all time off so calculate that. Vacation and sick leave - none. Included in the low number of PTO days. No 401K. They will tell you these very small bonuses about $300 after taxes are the 401K. Doesn't even come close to a real 401K. Pay will get you paycheck to paycheck, You will not get ahead in FA role. No advancement opportunity. They don't promote their own FAs. We are "not good enough" or of caliber as the Senior leader has told us on phone calls. No advancement above FA level, no raises or little ones, little bonus, no 401K, no vacation or sick pay. High turnover and there are good reasons.

Pros

Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Cons

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
