Pros
DaVita has a real passion for the patients we serve in the clinics and hospitals. I think that our RNs and PCTs are the heart of this organization (I know others feel the same way)! I find fulfillment in knowing that working in the HR department, I am helping to bring in the right teammates to the Village as well as support them with their needs once in the Village!
Cons
DaVita is a large organization, so you do need to be self-motiviated and resourceful to accomplish your career goals. There are a number of programs available to help in taking the next step, but you need to sometimes make the first move.
