      Competitive salary, the lowest cost benefits you will find in any industry, many extra benefits available that you wouldn't find at other places, promotions from within preferred, classes and paid schooling for employee growth. 401K match

      Cons

      Upper management is often hired from outside of the medical industry and don't relate to how their decisions ultimately impact the direct care of the patient.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
