Pros

- Flexible work/life balance. You can easily take time to focus on your life when you need to. No one will hound you about time/days you need off. - Great network of people. I met some amazing people while I worked there. - Nice office.

Cons

THE LEADERSHIP TEAM. They are not in touch with the realities of the world/their employees. They often miss the mark when acknowledging and supporting different cultures and communities. They are not progressive in their thinking, and it shows every time there is a company-wide meeting or communication. They have no plan on how to be contributing members of Atlanta's creative community. They are not good at creating an environment that a wide range of people would feel comfortable working in. They do not understand culture. They often put bandaids on problems, and have no desire to actually address the roots of problems with the agency. They often hire rude and incompetent people.

Pros

People, Culture and Work. The people at Dagger are top notch - truly feels like a family that you're a part of. Also, the culture that Dagger has curated is top tier as well. Between the vibes at the office and yearly events that the agency puts on - this place knows how to have fun. However, the fun doesn't come at the expense of the work. Dagger embodies the "work hard, play hard" mentality and they put out work that captures attention and drives breakthrough.

Cons

Growth, Annual Reviews and Work Life Balance Agency as well as personal growth are things that Dagger has struggled with in the past and continues to struggle with. Throughout my time at the company, the focus on the personal growth and the feedback loop has become less and less of a priority. Work-Life balance has also suffered over the years - leading to burnout.
