Management is horrible. They’re always making excuses on why they can break the union contract. Management is petty. None of the people in management are qualified to do the job they’re assigned. They’re being ran by a temporary manager who was suppose to be there for a year, but had to be resigned because he wasn’t capable of of getting the job done that he was paid for the first year. That’s why you have a plant manager who doesn’t care because he’s only there temporarily. Management comes to work and focuses on getting people in trouble or written up more than they do on the production of the plant. That’s why machines are barely running and we have lots of product that can’t make it out the door.
