      Pros

      Solid recruitment organisation that has a management staff that care about your well being and overall development. Good comms, flexi, nice office environment, good people. Its recruitment, so its hard work but I don't personally believe any sales job is easy.

      Cons

      Parking can be tricky. Base salaries could be in line with other companies.
