The CBO himself is a kiddo who is not disciplined. He has his own schedule for the day. He comes to the office by 12 and leaves the office by 5-6. Even though the upper management is aware of this lack of leadership, they are reluctant to take any action as the CBO is their friend. All the good employees in the BD team have already left.
