Not much. Initially, there were like minded & young employees to work with but they left one by one
Cons
1. Absolutely no regards for employees and lack of positive work culture 2. Employees efforts and energy are never recognised. On the contrary, they come in the line of firing for the slighest of mistakes 3. Majority of good employees have left the company or are considering to leave 4. CEO has a tendency to shout at employees for small things. He is outright rude to people at times and has mood swings 5. The senior management does not take actions despite efforts from employees to raise these issues 6. From the outside, it looks like this is a place to be but it is truly not 7. The senior management is not in sync a lot of times in terms of strategy & execution P.S: Most of the positive reviews here are due to a company led activity to improve glassdoor ratings. One can figure out which ones are not genuine
