As a SaaS company, agility is key, and we integrate Agile development across all our teams. Part of this process is regularly reassessing our priorities and making adjustments when market conditions or new opportunities arise. Regarding compensation and responsibilities, we review our pay structure annually, benchmarking it against market trends and ensuring internal equity. We also encourage our employees to stretch their skills in their current roles, viewing this as a chance for personal development and preparation for future opportunities or promotions within DataServ. Additionally, we are always seeking new training opportunities to help everyone improve and grow. Managers and their direct reports have weekly 1:1's, where feedback is given and employees have the chance to ask for help and share any thoughts they might have. We also have bi-annual reviews for a more formal opportunity for feedback.
