- Product is great and customers love it - Very well established on-boarding and sales training - Perks are great at the company - Room for growth into other roles at the company -Great sales tools - Great CEO and C-Suite with a lot of experience -Nice office - Marketing is top notch - One of the easier sells around
Cons
- The culture is non existent - Lots of cliques and talking behind backs on the floor - Promises get made by management that can not be fulfilled to individual contributors - Management is not the most helpful training their reps on both sides of the sales floor and delegates trainings towards team leads who are merely "favorites" on the team by their managers with no more experience/knowledge than the person next to them. - Management does not really take their teams input = if you are looking for a voice, not the place for you
