We appreciate your feedback on our training and onboarding programs, as well as the autonomy both in your role and in the flexibility to take the time off to rest and recharge. We recognize that there will always be room to improve across the company as we continue to grow and scale. Customer Success roles at Datadog are hugely dynamic and set all employees up with skillsets to be proud of. We are growing at a rapid rate, and do ask our Customer Success team to be partners to our Sales org in providing the right solutions to help our customers scale alongside us. Compensation is something we continue to revisit annually, and we will take this sentiment into account as we review our total rewards package across the department. We are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every employee feels they belong, and we do not tolerate questionable behavior. Managers are now required to complete diversity management trainings and we're confident that this is having a positive impact in this area.
