Pros
None at all. Avoid at all costs.
Cons
Zero hour contract but expected to work anything up to 60 hours per week in multiple locations or loose your job. 15 hour shifts that finish at 22:15pm then your expected back in at 7:45am the next morning which im sure is illegal but everyone is too in fear of reprisals to speak up. Micro managed...the rules are constantly changed to fit the person they feel like targeting that particular week. When you leave they keep all your wages with me it was over £500 they then lie in a letter telling you it was for lock and safe changes....which was 100% untrue as I still had friends working there who confirmed these lock changes never happened and the safe changes take a few seconds and are done by themselves incurring no cost what so ever.
