Pros
- If you enjoy racing and other sports then it makes the day slightly more interesting - Customers and staff alike were mostly cordial/friendly
Cons
- They don't pay for all the time it takes to do the job (forcing staff to arrive half an hour early and leave late) - They like to rota staff in fo multiple full days (from open to close) every week where the shift can be as long as 14 hours - They expect you to work in as many of their 40 shops as needed, and they leave it to the staff to find out all important details such as alarm and safe coded, along with driving several miles on your own time and petrol to pick up keys from whomever has a spare set. - They deduct any cash discrepancies from staff wages, and even if you do not consent they will point to the contract where it outlines this deduction policy - They terminate contracts without giving notice even though they're supposed to give at least one weeks notice if you've worked there for longer than four weeks.
