It's like working for Donald and Shelly Sterling. Be prepared to be called the "r" word, "fat", "$&gger". I've witnessed management try to make two employees fight each other. HR called an employee a "black dy&$", sends explicit pics to coworkers. Invites them to private parties that involves others. Workers are called "sissies" on the regular and nothing done about it.
