Pros

It's hard to say what the Pros are of this company. You think a lot of ex employees would automatically say harsh things because they are indeed, ex employees. However this company is awful to work for.

Cons

I felt that I was taking lots of money from people with them not getting much in return. Clients paid $800 for something that anyone could do with a thorough Google search. It's really sad. Then, they pay tens of thousands for a digital rendering and shotty prototype of their product. I know nothing is free, and there is being work done, and people need to make money, but there is no need for the amount they charge for something that costs merely nothing. The CEO of the company, George Davison, is extremely socially awkward. You never see him in the sales department, which I get, but still should be more active in that aspect. The President at the time of my employment, Frank Vescio micromanages, and teaches the higher ups to do the same. Nothing good ever comes out of micromanaging. I heard that he is no longer President though, so hopefully things have changed for the better. Also, as far as the leads go; the best ones go to the higher ups, who are already making bank to begin with. Then, they want to blame us paupers for not trying as hard as the higher ups. No, you just didn't give us the same tools as them not matter how much you want to say you didn't. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. I've always ended the few jobs I've had amicably-that's just the way I am, and have always been, but you innocent people considering this place deserve my time for this review. Save your time and effort, apply somewhere else!

Pros

Wide variety of design projects - it's hard to be bored! Direct supervision is casual and down to earth, which is nice if you like a high level of autonomy. A very fair PTO policy.

Cons

If you work remote you may not speak to anyone for weeks. If you do, it's only if you have a question. The management isn't very interested in engagement. I can say without any question that if I stood right in front of the person who hired me and had a conversation with them, they'd have no clue who I was unless I introduced myself, and I've been working for them for several years. Annual raise? Maybe, maybe not. The pay structure is a salary of less than $40k and a monthly bonus determined by how many projects are completed for the month, which is an incentive to produce low quality work that can be completed quickly to make the pay an almost livable wage
