Too many meetings! Managers are young, and it doesn't look like there's no criteria to fit to become a manager. Spending more than a couple of years in this company, I was not given a raise this year because they were "unsure of my nature of work" despite justifying my accomplishments. They give you the illusion of choice in many decisions you make
