Pros
Strong values, strong culture. Plenty of autonomy and freedom to make decisions. Super flat structure. Not hierarchy at all. You learn A LOT of management and leadership. Other retail companies and head hunters value a lot Decathlon employees. Nice trainings if you are a Store Manager.
Cons
Low salaries Inexistent work-life balance, mainly for store managers. The values and trainings do not compensate the lack of work-life balance and the pressure of the position.
