Pros
-hiring people who are like minded - you can learn a lot (you have more responsibilities than in any other retail company!) - possibility to meet people from other countries - responsible for recruiting and developing own team
Cons
- loads of responsibilities - HQ not listening to people who work in the stores - you need to know people to get promotion - you have freedom but you actually don't have it -benefits not great comparing to other employers
