Store teammates are young, passionate and well educated Opportunities to learn different skills sets through taking projects
Cons
Top Managers are non-local, mainly from France, with some Indians love playing politics. All store managers are fresh with only 2-5 yrs work exp. doing execution works, rather than being decision maker, moat of them are weak at leadership and interpersonal skills. Salary not adjusted annually, only 30%-50% of staff can entitle a so called increment like 3-5%.....
