Good company - Anonymous employee Deco Lighting Employee Review

The founders give the teams and management a lot of freedom to make decisions to drive the company forward I started at an entry level position and now I am a manager. I couldn’t of done it without the company’s support they are like my second family. This isn’t your typical manufacturing company. The offices and culture is warm and it what makes a true difference. I get recruited all the time from our competitors but it’s not about making more money it’s about impact and growth!

Not enough parking spaces!! Benefit roll out took a while but now we have everything my family could ask for. I feel like I am a part owner of the company.

Great company culture - every employees opinion matters. The principals of the company lead by example - they do a ton of heavy lifting and set the right example. Deco is innovative - one of the very few lighting companies I know that is really interested in building products designed to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet. I can't say enough great things about this company!

I don't know - I've worked at quite a few companies in the lighting industry and I'm familiar with the many pitfalls that can occur. I just don't see a downside to Deco.
