Pros
Job security. Steady paycheck. OK retirement. That is all for the pros. Just not a great place to work. It use to be great though.
Cons
Simply underpaid. No one is happy. No cost of living raise in 8 years. Supervisors care very little about your needs. Governor decreases our pay and hides it with health care prices. Do not pay for college anymore. Simply put, you are a number. Can't keep good help.
