      Pros

      Opportunities to work on exciting projects that improve the lives of Delawareans and visitors everyday. Great team atmosphere that is results oriented and focused on delivering efficient solutions. Proactive organization that is willing to give ideas a fair shake through pilot programs yet is nimble enough to incorporate those ideas quickly systemwide if benefits can be realized.

      Cons

      While there is a ton of support to help employees do their jobs really well, opportunities for advancement can be limited as it is not a growth-oriented agency. Someone leaves and there's a waterfall effect down the management chain. We do a great job at promoting the right people, but there are a lot of careers that can get stuck in third gear due to a lack of opportunities.
