4yFirst and foremost, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. While I don’t have all the specifics, I want to address your concerns as best I can.
At Deliverr, we care greatly about mental health. At no point should a person’s mental health be intentionally impacted by business decisions or expectations regardless of gender identity. We are committed to providing mental health resources as part of our benefits, and our team is always available at benefits@deliverr.com for questions.
Our Deliverr values represent guiding principles all employees should use to serve other employees, customers, and those around us. These values should never be used as an excuse to disrespect someone, or to use someone as a scapegoat. Employees can always raise concerns to our HR organization, who will work with employees on appropriate next steps.
Going forward, we are committed to creating safe spaces for employees to provide feedback for managers and leadership. This year, we are rolling out a manager feedback model, which will allow us to hold our management team accountable for creating an inclusive work environment. We have also implemented a quarterly pulse survey to gauge the organization’s health across many areas, including leadership.
As I've come in and met dozens of team members of the Growth team over the past few months, I've been impressed by how committed our team is to making this company an incredible place to work, and an incredible provider to our merchants. But I know we have more to do - that's why my top priority for our business is "Raise the bar for our culture. Create an environment where employees can do their best work. Put trust, honesty and inclusion at the center of our culture." I know that an inclusive, diverse team is critical to our business success and I've experienced first hand the types of challenges you talk about. I want you to know I'm personally committed to addressing this feedback within our organization
