      People are great to work with. Good for your CV to work in one of the biggest companies in Berlin. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Lots of politics within management. Constant restructuring and don't expect any growth/promotions despite a 'strong performance review'. There is a limit per review and it lacks fairness
