      Great place to work and develop, especially if you are hardworking, ambitious and keen to learn.

      Cons

      Communication isn't always the best and sometimes decisions are made abruptly and not always explained to the people it affects.

      Pros

      Delivery Hero is the world leader in the area of food delivery and things are only getting better and better.

      Cons

      We've traditionally worked in a start-up sort of way so we don't have a lot of structure in terms of levels and salaries but this is a work in progress and I think we will have good processes and career advancement opportunities in the future.
