Pros
Impact with high volume and tech strategies. You will learn a lot how to do migrations, minimize costs, consolidate architectures. You will also have the chance to deal with stakeholders and acquire skills on that sense.
Cons
The company is extremely inefficient and delivery oriented. I believe top leadership lacks of skills on a strategic level to create an organization that is efficient. The approach is trial and error and it moves, but inneficiently.
