Pros

The people I worked with were genuinely great — easy to collaborate with and knowledgeable. The work started off strong and I felt like I was making a real contribution. I left with no hard feelings. Good people, solid experience early on. Just make sure you ask about product roadmap and long term investment before jumping in.

Cons

Over time, leadership communication about direction became sparse. The team was mostly left to navigate things on their own, and the work started to feel more like keeping things running day to day than actually moving forward or growing.

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
