      Pros

      The company has a solid benefits package and more paid holidays that most companies.

      Cons

      Poor management, with many having little to no experience in managing people before. Managers don't set clear goals to employees to help them grow. Individual Development Plans that employees complete seem like a technicality and aren't reviewed regularly as a means to help develop staff.
