      Pros

      People are great . HR has different well living activities. Attempting to create better training programs for employees. Pays well. Bonuses decent this past year. Company sponsored happy hours. Great customers and enthusiastic customer base. New headquarters. BYOD supported.

      Cons

      Unstable. Recently purchased by VC for a $1B. Now a private company - unknown if stock options will be given. Purchase means management and employee churn as VC optimizes profitability. Recently laid off another 20% of the workforce. Lot of politics and process. Lacks a consulting, services, and partner strategy.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
