      Pros

      Deltek is an incredible company to work for! Great technology, great work-life balance, and most of all great people. Deltek truly cares about it's employees and backs it up with employee appreciation events... everything from company paid sports teams to a family friendly Halloween event to having from ice cream trucks stop by the office twice a month. The work we do is "best in class" and the company is top notch.
