Pros
Very competative starting salary, excellent support network for new starters. New employees are genuinely trained well, and then given time to develop before any sales pressure is applied, unlike other organisations I have worked for.
Cons
Only the same cons as any in this new remote world would face, with limited staff interraction, but Deltek actively encourages staff to chat during the day, and interact as if they are in the office, so every effort is made to get around this.
