We appreciate you providing this candid feedback, and we’re sorry that you did not have a positive experience working here. While we have always strived to create an inclusive culture at Deltek, we understand that diversity, equity and inclusion are critically important, that is why we made DEI a core value. We launched the DEI Council and new Employee Resource Groups including BlackVoices @ Deltek, and host Empowerment Sessions where employees drive important conversations with our colleagues. But, we know there is more to do, and we are excited about sharing our progress with our employees. We are actively hiring a new DEI leader, as well focusing on how we source candidates and our retention efforts including addressing pay inequities, promotion policies and performance management strategies. Our goal has always been to ensure we have a diverse and equitable workforce – and that all our employees feel genuinely supported and have a chance to grow their careers here.
