Making large profits off of their technology but does not spend for the staff or tools to support it.
Company takes on major projects because they can sell the feature to their customers but the company does not have the management or resources to support the project.
Management gives lip service to work life balance but gives employees more work than they can handle.
Management is very invested in persuading employees that the company is great and how great it is to work for the company until the employee actually takes inventory of their job and realizes "This job sucks".
Employs a lot of non-US people. Does not compensate foreign workers fairly. Company has different rules for non-US workers... there is no equity in the company.
