Company gives you more responsibility and help to succeed in tasks, open to work from home if you give the results, you could change to different positions easily, if you want to learn more you could learn and get training. Good environment to work. Nice new office
Cons
Base salary is to low, I want more hours so I could earn more but is hard to get more hours or travel to get more bonuses, nowadays people do not like to travel and they are trying to make US engineering positions to travel less, also the most important I require a change of visa because my wife cant work with a TN, been asking to change of visa after 5 years but they are very slow on this, they want good labor and hardwork and pay cheap on it. I give 4 stars because of the opportunities and things I have learned.
