The environment in which you work is very overbearing from the directors (whom are pressured from the owner) Productivity is based on how long you spend at your desk. Spend too long away at it then expect a tap on your shoulder to explain yourself. Zero flexibility in working hours. Work never appreciated. The owner never ever comes round to chat to any of the staff other than managers or directors. You'll hear shouting from the directors office when around... Very little progression and when you do manage too the pay increase is kept minimal. Very old fashioned way of working with a strong blame culture that fuels in-effficiency. The idea of working there sounds great but the reality is it's not a happy place to build a career.
