Pros

The only pro is that the training is pretty good. FYI you'll be one of those annoying TV people in Walmart that bugs everyone who walks by. That's what this is. They explain it like a marketing job but it's not.

Cons

- They lied to me and the people I worked with about our pay. They explain it as a $400/ week base salary but then they don't pay you if you don't make a sale every day. - They also lie about the hours. I was told 8:30-5:30 in my interview but it ends up being 8-6:30 Mon - Sat. - You'll make about $500 a week working crazy hours Mon - Sat. Kiss your personal life goodbye. - Almost everyone quits! The turnover rate is around 90% - They hire everyone. Several new hires start every Monday and most of them won't make it through the week.

Pros

This is a great opportunity for any individual that wants to grow but it does require hard work. I love working here because my growth is dependent on me compared to when I was in corporate America. There is a criteria to get promoted which I am excited about considering the fact that you watch yourself grow and it depends on your work ethic and management skills which I've developed over the last few months. Another awesome aspect is the idea that I've been able to travel with the company within my first 3 months here. They sent me to California and New York which was also a great networking experience.

Cons

The only con is hard work which I enjoy because it's getting me that much closer to my goals. People who do not have a work ethic, don't even apply.
