Pros

There are none! Chris Castaldi is the owner and he is a scam artist lying to people and giving them false hope on an oppertunity that is not even there.

Cons

They make you sign arbitration papers that state he doesn't have to pay you anything other than your commissions even though they promise a base vs commission. During the interview process they talk about how the average rep gets paid $800 plus a week when in reality everyone is only makeing $300 to $400. They make you work 60 to 80 hours and you never know how much your check is gonna because you don't get paid on sales unless they get installed. I worked here for over 6 months and it was the biggest waste of my time. DO NOT WORK HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

Pros

The only pro is that the training is pretty good. FYI you'll be one of those annoying TV people in Walmart that bugs everyone who walks by. That's what this is. They explain it like a marketing job but it's not.

Cons

- They lied to me and the people I worked with about our pay. They explain it as a $400/ week base salary but then they don't pay you if you don't make a sale every day. - They also lie about the hours. I was told 8:30-5:30 in my interview but it ends up being 8-6:30 Mon - Sat. - You'll make about $500 a week working crazy hours Mon - Sat. Kiss your personal life goodbye. - Almost everyone quits! The turnover rate is around 90% - They hire everyone. Several new hires start every Monday and most of them won't make it through the week.

Pros

There are none. It sucked a month of my life that I can never get back.

Cons

It's like cult style programming. None of what they say is true, and god forbid when you get worn out, and your car is worn out, and you're freaking broke, you quit, you'll never get paid.
