Almost zero incentive to perform above others and when you do, bonuses are still capped and limited chances to be awarded above and beyond merit increases Year over year increases on salary barely keep up with inflation High tenure resulting in poor training practices Changing business models to align with Lockheed and may result in downsizing

Unethical employer that puts profits over everything else. Abusive conditions. Find an employer who would appreciate you and care about your mental health.
