The CEO (Topping) is not a good communicator and too intense for most people. When he thinks he's right he does not back down. Puts everyone on the spot. Insulting, sometimes doesn't even know it -- generally not good with people. Being in Long Beach makes it hard to recruit the best.

Flexible working hours. Good salary. It is good for introverted people who don't want to be bothered by coworkers. Free coffee and some grocery/snacks.

Unbelievable disconnect between management and employers. Lack of work ethics and team collaboration. Damaged company vision. Boring, long and unfruitful daily meeting.
