I cannot think of any, unless you are the type of person who likes to show up to work (or not), be the CEO's yes man, and not actually produce any work.
Cons
Complete disrespect of all employees (former and current) by CEO and so called COO.
CEO has good intentions, but suffers from some type of emotional and/or mental disorder. VP of Sales recently changed his title to COO as he admitted that he could do nothing to the impending doom.
None at all. Maybe the location. There is literally not a single thing I can think of. Try to get one of the employees to talk to you outside of work.
Cons
Failing business model. Strong competitive and technical threats that have and will be ignored. Management is either disengaged or incompotent. Ridiculously bad work environment with constant screaming and berating of every employee.
